Only in our house: When it is raining more that 3 hours in a row per day or the visibility is less that 1 km (Fog), the prices for the rooms are 20% lower.
We speak German, French,Italien,Spanish and English.

Location/Shopping
8-10 minutes walking to the City/2 minute with the car/ with a plenty of cultural and culinarical offers.
Access road and parking area /23 car- freee for ours guests/ behind the house.
Supermarket and Minimarket in the neighbourhood – shops, bankomat and exchange-office in the city.
All Shops, pubs and boat-stations within easy walking distance.

Nearby activity:Bathing/Boating/Diving/Tennis etc
Bathing: on the most beautiful - islands in the mediterian area – the "Hell-islands" with wooded bays, nudist-beaches and beach-bars.
Easy reachable with taxi-boats or own boat. Bathing-bays also near the house: 130 m to the nearest beach or 400 m to the bay "Sirena".

Boating: Ideal area for all kind of boating. Rent a boat with outborders (no skipper-licence necessary) available in the harbour. If desired trips with the housown boat possible.
Diving: Clear water, rich mediterian fauna, rocky bays, sandy underwater meadows.
5 Diving-Centers in some villages and in the City of Hvar.
Tennis-Center: nearly, only 200 m away. Sandcourts with floodlights and excellent restaurant.

And in the evening:
Restaurants, coffee-shops, pizzas, bars and pubs – in all categories – in the city.
Discotheques with young visitors. Open-air –cinema with films in English.
Concerts and shows in historical palaces and cloisters.

Ferry from Split to Stari Grad on Island Hvar. 3 to 6 times daily. We inform you about the acutal times.
With the plane: Airport is 20 km away from Split. Bus to Split and Ship to Hvar.
With the Ship: From Harbour Rijeka to Stari Grad every day in the top season.
From Ancona (Italy) to Stari Grad once dayly in the top season.

Privates Haus im Villenviertel der Stadt
Appartmans und Zimmer mit Bad/Dusche, Balkon mit drei Sternen .
Ruhige Lage auf einer Anhoehe - schoene Ausblick.
Auf Wunsch: Die Familie zeigt Ihnen gerne die Reize der Stadt und Umgebung und gibt Auskunft ueber die Geschichte, die artenreiche Natur ueber und unter Wasser.
Und nur in unserem Haus: Wenn es am eine Tag laenger als 3 Stunden regnet (von 8 – 19 Uhr) die sight weniger als 1 km (Nebel), bertraegt sind die Preise fuer das Zimmer um 20% billiger.
Wir sprechen deutsch,english, franzesisch,spanish und italienish..

Lage/Einkaufen
8-10 Minuten Gehweg auf der Promenade zum Stadtzentrum mit reichem kulturellen und gastronomischen Angebot. Zufahrtsstrasse und Parkmoeglichkeit hinter dem Haus.
Supermarkt und Minimarkt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft - Geschaefte. Bankomat und Wechselstuben in der Stadt. Alle Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, Lokale und Boots - Abfahrtsstellen auch zu Fuss erreichbar.

Baden/Bootfahren/Tauchen/Tennis
Baden: Die schoensten Badeinseln im Mittelmeerraum - die "Hoelleninseln" mit zahlreichen bewaldeten Buchten und FKK - Gelegenheit sowie Strandbuffetts – sind Ihr unmittelbares Gegenueber. Leicht erreichbar mit Bootstaxis oder eigenem Boot. Badebuchten auch in Hausnaehe: 120 m zum naechstliegenden Strand oder 400 m zur Bucht "Sirena".

Bootfahren: Ideale Umgebung fuer Bootsfahrer. Leihboote mit kleinen Aussenbord-Motoren (fuehrerscheinfrei) im Hafen. Rundfahrt mit hauseigenem Boot auf Vereinbarung.
Tauchen: Klares Wasser, komplette Mittelmeer-Fauna, felsige Buchten, Unterwasser-Sandwiesen.
Tauchstationen in einigen Orten und in der Stadt Hvar selbst.
Tenniszentrum in unmittelbarer Naehe nur 200 m weit. Sandplaetze mit Flutlichtanlage und gepflegtem Restaurant.

Und am Abend:
Restaurants, Kaffehaeuser, Pizzerias, Bars und Buffetts – in allen Kategorien – in der Stadt.
Discotheken mit viel jungem Publikum. Open-Air-Kino mit englischsprachigen Filmen.

Anreise:
Anreise mit dem Auto: Graz – Maribor – Zagreb - Karlovac – Plitvice – Gracac – Knin – Drnis – Split.
Ueberfahrt mit der Faehre von Split nach Stari Grad auf der Insel Hvar. 3 bis 6 mal taegliche Verbindung. Wir informieren Sie gern ueber die aktuellen Zeiten.
Mit dem Flugzeug: Flughafen Split 20 km vom Zentrum. Mit Bus bis Hafen und mit Schiff bis Stadt Hvar.
Mit der Faehre ab Rijeka bis Insel Hvar einmal taeglich in der Hauptsaison.
